At our production site in Villingen-Schwenningen, we produce brilliantly printed, personalised and encoded transponder cards, chip cards, as well as RFID key fobs and RFID wristbands in a wide variety of designs with all standard transponder technologies for you – exclusively made in Germany – in a state-of-the-art equipped production department with the latest printing machines, die-cutters, encoding systems, etc.

In our printing department, you can choose from a wide range of print finishing options for your ID media, which we implement for you with an experienced team of employees. It has been proven that they contribute to increased counterfeit protection and greater product loyalty on the part of the user.

In our in-house lettershop, personalised card mailings are produced on 3 lettershop production lines at the highest security level. Our lettershop service includes the personalisation of the cover letters, the automated application of the cards, the verification with the help of a sophisticated identity check, the final inserting and folding of the card mailing and the postage-optimised dispatch of the consignment to the desired addressee.

After successful MasterCard certification in 2014, we are authorised to produce MasterCard credit cards in a highly secure production area. This is because the production of bank cards and especially credit cards requires the highest level of security precautions and data protection measures.
